Why did you open a spa?

"Why did you open a spa?" - One of the most popular questions I get asked. I usually answer by saying, "I have no idea", but that's really not true.

 I opened a spa because I enjoy seeing people relaxed and happy. I love it when a guest comes into our spa who has had a bad day, and they are a bit grumpy, but leaves relaxed and has a smile on their face More...
