The worst customer service! That have their ad on the Appoola app which is like Groupon, and it has like 4 different specials. I tried to make an appt and ask about the specials that are on there and the " manager" tells me she knows no such thing bc they never paid for that!! Well someone did bc every month they are listed on there! So she wouldn't honor it because she didn't know how to redeem it, really??? As of today they are still on the app! She never tried to see how she could help or maybe go to the owner to find out more about this. I even asked if she could have the owner call me since she was no help and not friendly either and it's been almost a week and still no call that is not how you run a business!

Fabulous spa. Everyone was professional and very personable. I felt like I was special!

this place is extremely expensive got a gift card from my boyfriend to this place and i kills me that ill bearly get his moneys worth out of it this is retarded wish he could get his money back! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY

Was disappointed that I could not make my purchase today due to the spa closing 40 minutes early. I parked and watched the workers step out. It was 5:25 and the spa was suppose to close at 6pm. The workers told me to come tomorrow, maybe due to bad customer service their spa is really slow.

I visited Echelle Day Spa on a recent trip to Florida. The spa itself is very classy; nicely decorated and very comfortable. The greatest thing about my experience, though, was the facial I received from Amy Rahme. I was so impressed with her gentle skill, her professional manner and her obvious expertise. This was by far, the best facial I have ever had. I can't wait to get back to Florida for another!! Thanks Amy!! - Milisa

The Spa is absolutely gorgeous. I was very impressed by the lounge area, where I was able to sit in the sauna and relax before my massage. Lilly, the massage therapist I had, was absolutely phenomenal. I left feeling completely relaxed and cannot wait to go back. -Nicholas

The spa is like nothing I have seen before. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and it's easy to forget the outside world when relaxing. The girls are wonderful and the services are exquisite! Would HIGHLY recommend!
